3. Payments & Credits

Certain features, including AI image generation, require a one-time payment. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. Upon successful payment, users receive AI image generation credits based on the selected plan. All purchases are considered final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images and content are created automatically based on user inputs. While we strive for high quality outputs, we do not guarantee perfection, uniqueness, or suitability for every use case.

5. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions.

6. Intellectual Property

The AI Greeting Studio brand, website design, and platform features are our intellectual property. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our platform. Users generate and share content at their own discretion and responsibility.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts if these Terms are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
